Academic Council member Luboš Náhlík and director of the Institute of Materials Physics,  Ludvík Kunz, presented the Czech material research in Madrid, Spain, on 7 and 8 November. The meeting was organized by the Czech Embassy in cooperation with the Czech Center and the CzechTrade office.

"The meeting resulted in mutual information about the potential of Czech and Spanish scientific institutes in the field of research into progressive construction materials and the transfer of new knowledge into manufacturing practice. We have agreed on mutual exchange of professionals and future cooperation in the field of advanced materials and the preparation of joint European projects, "says Luboš Náhlík, who is in the Academy of Sciences responsible for solving conceptual issues of program and project cooperation and knowledge transfer.
